In accordance with the Law of Ukraine“On Citizens’ Appeals”, an application, proposal, or complaint on issues of activity and service at JSC IBOX BANK can be submitted in any convenient way for you:

 - by leaving a written request in the box located at the address: Kyiv, 9-A Dilova str., 03150, Ukraine

 - by sending an email tobank@iboxbank.online

  • orally (only for clients of JSC IBOX BANK)

By contacting the Bank's contact center by phone:

- within Ukraine 0(800)500-178 (free of charge)

- outside Ukraine: +38(044) 277-13-36 (according to the tariffs of your operator)

The option of verbal application is available only to current clients of JSC IBOX BANK)


To the National Bank of Ukraine

To the judicial authorities of Ukraine

to protect their rights and interests in the manner determined by the current legislation of Ukraine

The deadline for consideration of appeals is no more than one month from the day of its receipt.

 

The total term for consideration of appeals should not exceed forty-five days. The client’s submission of an application to the Bank implies his consent to the processing, use and storage of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. On the Protection of Personal Data” during the processing of the application.


Requirements for the written application

In the written application, the citizen states:

1.     Full name;

2.     The issue, the solution of which belongs to the competence of the Bank.

3.     Contact phone number;

4.     Place of residence or stay (full postal address to which the reply must be sent);

5.     E-mail address (if the answer must be sent by an e-mail);

6.     The written application must be signed by the applicant with the indication of the date;

Requirements for the oral appeal

In the oral appeal, the citizen states:

1.     Full name;

2.     The issue, the solution of which belongs to the competence of the Bank.

3.     Contact phone number;

4.     Place of residence or stay (full postal address to which the reply must be sent);

5.     E-mail address (if the answer must be sent by an e-mail);



The date of submission of the application is the date of its actual receipt at the Bank’s address. If the application is received at the weekend or holiday, the following working day is considered as the date of receipt.
