IBOX BANK publishes the results of 2020

JSC IBOX BANK publishes the main financial results of 2020. For the previous year, the bank managed to show significant growth in all main indicators, as well as launch the first services within the framework of the new work strategy.

The amount of net assets for 12 months of 2020 exceeded UAH 2 billion, which is 66.1% more than in 2019.

The volume of funds of corporate clients in 2020 increased almost three times compared to 2019.

We continue to consistently implement our new work strategy and scale up our activity. A loyal tariff policy and a flexible approach to working with various business niches allows us to attract clients with high dynamics of business development. The financial result of UAH 133 million, which is typical for a group of medium-sized banks with Ukrainian capital, is more than indicative”, said Svitlana Goliak, the Acting Head of the Board of IBOX BANK.

IBOX BANK is actively implementing a transactional business strategy. In 2020, the bank managed to become a principal member of the Mastercard and Visa payment systems. This allowed JSC IBOX BANK to launch Internet-acquiring for business.

More attention was also paid to work with individuals. In 2020, the bank increased the volume of individuals’ deposits by 43.5%. The bank updated the design of its card products and opened three new branches in Odesa, Lviv and Dnipro. In addition, a partnership agreement was signed with OJS Oschadbank, which enables commission-free cash withdrawals of up to UAH 10,000 at all ATMs of JSC Oschadbank.

Even despite the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 would be a year of great changes for IBOX BANK. We have done a lot of work to optimize the bank’s processes: we are preparing to switch to electronic document circulation, we are updating the contact center for businesses and individuals, and we are ready to include electronic wallets from Apple and Google. The next step is, of course, the application, the launch of which will be carried out gradually and with attention to customers’ feedback”, said Dmytro Yakovlev, the Head of the Innovation Department of IBOX BANK.
