Internet Banking

The “Internet Banking” system is a service for individuals who value their time and want to make payments 24/7 without visiting the Bank's offices.


With the “Internet Banking” system you will be able to:

• manage current accounts
• replenish the deposit
• pay for the loan
• pay for utilities
• manage funds on payment cards
• make transfers throughout Ukraine
• customize payment document templates individually

Basic tariffs for service in the “Internet Banking” system:

• connection – according to the tariff plan
• transfer of funds within the bank from the current account - UAH 2.00.
• transfer of funds to other banks – 0.5% (min. UAH 1)
• monthly maintenance – free of charge
• replenishment of deposits and credit accounts opened at JSC “IBOX BANK” – free of charge

There are only three steps to connect:

Step 1 – Contact the nearest Ibox Bank office to sign an application for connection to the system

Step 2 – Get the password and login of the first access

Step 3 – Enter the received password and login on the “Internet Banking” page

Please pay attention to the fact if you replenish the payment card through self-service terminals in cash, the money becomes available for further transfer from the account from the next day.
